Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Generosity™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes
• We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the piece fully. If it doesn't speak to you, we'll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale
• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
